Anuga - the Allgemeine Nahrungs- und Genussmittel-Ausstellung (“General Food and Drink Trade Fair") - is a large-scale trade show for the food catering, retail and trade industries. The event takes place every two years and its last edition in 2017 was attended by 165,000 visitors. Additionally, over 7,400 exhibitors presented top culinary delights from across the globe. Anuga 2019 will run between the 5th and the 9th of October 2019 at Messe Cologne.

With almost a century-long tradition, Anuga has proven as a key part of the food industry. The trade show occupies the 11 halls of Messe Cologne - a total exhibition area of over 280,000 square metres. Within this space, companies from 107 countries, representing various sectors, showcase their products and services split into 10 categories.
